Adolph The Nazi Panda

Adolph-the-Nazi-Panda, an evil criminal/ wanna-be-dictator who plans to enslave the world with traffic-cones and enforce a regime of bambooshoots for breakfast and naps in the afternoon.

Adolph rarely strays out of his Bunker Base but, when he does, pilots a flying saucer machine which vaguely resembles an inverted version of one of his traffic cone minions.

More commonly he can be found inventing new monstrocities to unleash on the world.
